Lori was extremely patient with us and solved our blind/curtain needs one window at a time, carefully assessing what was and was not possible - and gave us high & lower-end options. Her measurements were spot on, and the install was turn-key. The color selections, materials, etc. all blend and fit with the theme/personality of each room. Thank you, Lori!

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful job Lori did on my home. She was a pleasure to work with. Was responsive to my vision and family needs. Her choices mimicked many of my own thoughts, thus making our project a collaborative effort. Our home is everything I dreamed about. Lori was the best project manager, expediter, problem solver, and coordinator I’ve ever had to do business with. Her skill set encompassed all aspects, from carpeting,furniture, and drapery fabrication and install. She is the whole package. She goes above and beyond. It has been nothing but a pleasure to work with Lori on my family room makeover. What began as a search for new upholstery has ended with a completely redone and rethought look for my room. Lori pushed me to think differently about my space and reworked the room layout as often as I requested. Lori Yanez is the most outstanding professional with whom I have worked. She was able to decorate my home so well I was asked to include my home in the 2018 house tour. She was able to incorporate some of the pieces I have collected over the years, and was not willing to part with, into an up-to-date decor. Her choice of furniture, paint colors, wallpaper, window treatments, and even bedding is superb. If you have the opportunity to engage her, don't pass it up!!

I am a eighty year old retired professional. I own a home in Delaware, a brownstone in the heart of Boston and a cabin in the mountains of Idaho. When I built my new home in Delaware I was very, very fortunate to have Lori Yanez help me with the interior design and decor, color scheme, window dressing, furniture, etc. My home is ten years old now and still when I have first time guests they invariably look around and say ”Wow, this is nice” and I am proud to say ”Yeah, Lori did it”. I found Lori to be intelligent, charming, imaginative and perhaps gifted as a a designer and decorator. She is simply It best. I just thought you should know.

From the time she started until she finished, I felt like I was her only client. She was very professional, businesslike, kind and thorough. She listened to my ideas and gave me good design advice and did an awesome job with her ideas. My house went from a dated home to the most beautiful in my over 55 community. Lori Yanez has worked on multiple projects for me over a period of ten years. Most recently, she decorated our entire home in Bethany Beach. The home was new construction, so she began with window treatments and all furniture. She managed to make the home beautiful, comfortable and coastal. Our home was featured on the Cottage Tour where it received rave reviews for the interior decorating. Upon seeing her work, many of my friends are now working with Lori on both small and large projects. She is an outstanding decorator who will work with you to meet your tastes and budget. I highly recommend Lori Yanez! Personally, I have worked with her on several projects. Lori assisted me with selecting furniture, fabric selection, paint colors and window treatments. Additionally I have depended on Lori's talents to help with projects such as kitchen design and an office project. She has helped me choose granite, light fixtures, wall covering, and the perfect fabrics and window treatments. On a personal note, Lori is always professional, and never overbearing. I feel like she had my best interest and was conscientious of my budget for the projects. Lori Yanez has always exceeded my expectations and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

My husband and I contacted Lori Yanez to assist us with our new construction home. She gave us crucial feedback concerning the floor plan allowing us to make necessary changes prior to construction. She aided us during the overwhelming selection process of tile, flooring, lighting, carpet and lighting. She was patient, professional and understood the look we wanted. She worked within our budget and also incorporated existing pieces of furniture in the design. She integrated a mix of finishes and textures in the furnishings and showed us options for the windows that we had not thought of. I love the way my paint colors flow throughout the open floor plan! I recommend her services to all of my friends and colleagues. We worked with Lori from Dec. 2015 - January 2017.

I have been dealing with Lori for over 10 years, and and can quantify her expertise in interior design from seeing her work on both a professional level ( as a Realtor in the new construction field) as well as on a personal level with work she has done for myself as well as clients. She is fabulous..period. Her sense of taste is superior and she is extremely current with trends and selections for fabric, materials, colors , and everything that one needs to complete a project from beginning to end. I couldn't recommend anyone more vigorously, and..... she is just plain NICE and easy to work with as well.

We Just finished a dinning room make over and Lori really understood what we were looking for. She knocked it out of the park and came under budget. Lori helped me furnish several rooms in my house including curtains, furniture and accessories. I asked Lori to incorporate a few family pieces (antiques and oriental rugs) into her overall design. It has been my privilege to know and work with Lori Yanez over the past 20 years. I first met her at our local Ethan Allen, but after that store's closing, continued to work with her privately. Lori has a warm and engaging personality and because she has spent many hours getting to know my tastes, she possesses an uncanny ability to select fabrics, paints, wallpapers and floor coverings which she knows I will love.
