Leslie Moretti has a background in construction design. She created her own title “Detail Designer” because of all the details she could specify and elaborate on for builders, designers, and homeowners. She didn’t design one thing—she designed an entire atmosphere and it takes a lot of details to make a room work! She also has an extensive background in clothing design and manufacturing and was also an accomplished pastry chef.
Leslie’s personal style is organic, bohemian, playful and sophisticated. She loves layers of colors and textures and details and anything from nature. Nature is her inspiration. She is also very inspired by Coco Chanel’s design philosophies:

Leslie implements practicality, comfort, and style into all of her designs.
Using her intuition and experience, Leslie discovers hints about a client’s style from how they are dressed, what they say, and what their interests are. She works extremely hard to design specifically for each person. Every client gets an original design that is specifically thought out just for them.

The facility with all types of furniture is true joy to walk through. There is nothing that compares to Sheffield. I have to touch and sit in furniture. My decorator that I worked with was a delight. Leslie has created a beautiful mountain nest in our new home.

We've had a fantastic experience with Designer Leslie Moretti and Sheffield Furniture! Leslie is smart, patient and a true joy to work alongside. She brings her vast design expertise and a wonderful aesthetic to all of our home furnishing projects. We have enjoyed many walks with Leslie through the beautiful Sheffield showroom for inspiration, and visiting the extensive fabric room for the perfect fabric is always a treat! Your product selection and showroom is excellent, your staff friendly and knowledgeable. Your delivery crew was professional and the Stickley furniture quality is incredible. However, 14 weeks from purchase to delivery is a disappointment. Unfortunately, the hoped-for date of delivery was two weeks later than originally promised. We understand that this was as a result of the manufacturer timeframe, but we were disappointed nonetheless.

Leslie our designer was amazing. The warehouse misplace our rugs for a long period of time and we are still waiting. Also, the guys who delivered our special made bed messed it up putting it together so another one had to be ordered.
