My husband and I recently worked with one of your employees, Chris Thomas, to purchase furniture for our new home. We are family of 5 with 3 young children (ages 7, 9 & 11). We started our furniture search one day by visiting the many furniture stores along Rockville Pike. Sheffield was the first store that we entered and we were blessed to have met Chris as we browsed the store. We loved him from the moment we met him. He was very informative about sizing, styles, fabrics, etc. We felt like we made a connection with him from the beginning.
We spend the rest of that evening searching through many other stores. No other store experience compared to when we met Chris at Sheffield. When we started our search, weren't really sure what we exactly wanted but we felt that Chris could help us get there. We were a bit worried that our budget wouldn't get us far at Sheffield but we were so pleased with how Chris was creative to fit our needs.
Chris met with us multiple times between our home and the store. We communicated through phone & email many, many times before deciding what was right for our family. Chris was always very thorough, kind, patient & knowledgeable. He was always responsive and genuine. We learned so much about design and details. He presented us with options and together, we developed a plan for our rooms.
We couldn't afford to purchase everything from Sheffield but the pieces that Chris chose for us were absolutely perfect. We love everything and will forever be grateful to him for his time and expertise. He truly transformed our new house into our HOME that we will raise our children in for years to come.
We wanted to share our experience with you because we feel that Chris is so talented. He definitely is an expert in design but we feel that he has a special gift too. He was able to listen, adjust, guide and deliver for us as clients.
