The delivery drivers were the best. They made sure to unpack and carry the chest up to the second floor and put it in place, rather than just drop it inside the door downstairs. Before putting it in the bedroom Carlos 2 had me open each drawer and check that things lined up and opened and shut smoothly. The chest was turned to all sides so that I could inspect the chest and finish. Once it was placed in the bedroom I was asked to check to see that the chest was level and did not wobble. I've purchased a lot of furniture and appliances over the years and these were some of the most conscientious delivery people I have dealt with. I was very happy with their concern that the furniture I purchased sight unseen (other than a photograph online), was what I expected, and was in good condition. Sheffield has very nice, polite, detailed employees that have been taught to make sure their customers are thoroughly satisfied.

Nasrin went above and beyond is service. My old stickley table lamp mica shade was broken at a corner weld and the wood base was wobbley. She oreded a new shade, which looks great, and fixed the wood base free. Great service.

Waiting almost 4months for a bed is insane-a third of a year! Had to grow the tree first? And then the delivery men did NOT wear shoe covers; they tracked dirt upstairs and throughout my room on the white carpet. Good thing I paid over $3000 for that dirt.
