The art of window treatments is one which takes an immense amount of talent to yield beautiful results. Sheffield Furniture and Interiors’ Heather Rabold has just that talent, in addition to the education and experience that makes her the outstanding Window Treatment Specialist that she is today. A mother of two, Heather grew up in the quaint town of Narberth along the Main Line and spent much of her childhood accompanying her father to art galleries, reading fashion books, and sketching gardens in chalks and oil crayons.
 
It is clear that Heather’s talent for the art of design presented itself at an early age, and it is this talent that she built upon when she attended University of Pittsburgh and studied history and art appreciation. After discovering a love for fabrics and design through her first job at Calico Corners in Devon, Heather went back to school at Philadelphia Textiles and Sciences to study Interior Design. Post graduation, Heather began attending international window covering expos and conferences.
 
It is in 1998 that Heather began her amazingly rapid progression from a novice designer to an expert Window Treatment Specialist at Ethan Allen in the Window Treatment department. In five years at Ethan Allen, Heather made it to the Master level of design. Today, Heather works at an Expert level of design and, we are proud to admit, is employed by Sheffield as our very own Window Treatment Specialist! Heather’s ability to transform a room through the accesorization of the windows alone is simply amazing.
