DESIGNER PORTFOLIO
The wife of Blair Morris and mother of Rebecca Morris (who just recently graduated from High Point University), Gretchen Morris is a unique addition to Sheffield, as her primary profession for 20 years was in the medical field! Despite her career in medicine, however, Gretchen could not deny her calling for the art of interior design and for ten years she spent her weekends designing window treatments, bedding, and selecting upholstery pieces and color for Calico Corners.
With a Bachelors in Biology and a passion for art, Gretchen’s favorite aspect of interior design is “adding color and a personal touch to clients’ space to truly make it their own.” Gretchen’s love for color is a bright feature of her skill set, and her method of working with clients starts with having them select a focal point of a room-- whether it be carpet, furniture, etc. and building around that focal point.
