Biography: Charles has been with the Danker/Sheffield family for approximately three years. He is from Shaker Heights, Ohio, but moved east to matriculate at Howard University, and has over 20 years of sales experience. Early on, his exposure to custom drapery application and design, from family working in that particular industry, allowed him to further his understanding of one facet of the design business. Since that time, he has acquired a thorough knowledge of furniture construction and has the
ability to blend fabric with environment based on the needs and use of the client. His "no
pressure method" of sales puts his clientele at ease and allows him to further tailor the end
product. He lists patience as his single most important character trait, along with his willingness
to listen.
